Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Longmont, Colorado, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves developing behavior plans, collaborating with school teams, and delivering behavioral services in classrooms and related settings.

You will supervise RBTs, coordinate with educators and families, and monitor student progress to adjust interventions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active CDE certification required or willing to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for students.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
