Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Boulder, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to support a K-12 school-based caseload starting September 2026. This 1.0 FTE role offers 35 hours per week, on-site, with supervision under a BCBA and data collection responsibilities.

You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, collaborate with teachers and specialists, and help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
