The ideal candidate has a BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA, and several years of post-certification experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA or related program.
• BACB certification is required.
• Minimum three years working after BCBA certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide BCBA services across Berkeley County Schools.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports.
• Develop positive behavior support plans with evidence-based interventions.
• Assess instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Present assessment results to parents and school teams.
• Train staff on behavior support plans and monitor fidelity.
• Monitor student data and adjust programming as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing research within the organization.
• Lead summer trainings for school personnel and support Extended School Year activities.
