Job summary
Young World Physical Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Page County. The candidate will work collaboratively with school staff to develop positive support plans for students with challenging behavior. This role requires BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a BACB approved field, along with at least two years of experience. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, training staff, and developing behavior intervention plans. The position is an annual contract based in Luray, Virginia.
Qualifications
Must possess ability to establish rapport and work constructively with staff, students, parents, and administration.
Possess knowledge of related assessments and their analysis/interpretation in regard to student behavior.
Demonstrate the ability to present analytical data in an articulate manner.
Responsibilities
Develop materials/resources for professional learning in ABA.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for individual students.
Provide training on effective behavior interventions.
Skills
