ATC Healthcare is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support Kanawha County Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. One School-Based BCBA will be assigned to one school.

This role focuses on implementing and monitoring ABA-based interventions within a school setting in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The candidate will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed to support student

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor behavioral data and student progress.
• Support students, teachers, and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Train and coach staff on behavioral strategies.
• Maintain required documentation.
