Job summary

Lakes Country Service Cooperative, based in Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Lakes Country Academy (LCA). The role focuses on leading behavior programming for students with EBD and ASD in a regional setting IV program.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, and developing Behavior Support Plans while guiding classroom data-driven decisions and providing ABA training to staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support behavior programming across the site.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
• Guide data-based decision-making for classrooms and programs.
• Provide crisis prevention/intervention support.
• Deliver staff training on ABA principles.
