Job summary

Hamilton County Educational Service Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, interpret results, design interventions, and train school personnel. Roles include collaboration with child study teams, support for teachers, and ensuring compliance with IEPs and related plans.

Position available full-time and part-time, with emphasis on supervision of junior staff and coordination with district partners.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (NBC) per requirements.
Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst credential.
Must meet BACB supervision requirements or be willing to obtain.
3+ years in a related field preferred.
Exceptional communication skills.
Valid Ohio Department of Education Credential or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements written functional behavior assessments and behavioral intervention methods.
Participates in child study teams, provides feedback on assessments and strategies.
Provides training on ABA techniques to teachers and staff.
Consults with parents and staff to support intervention plans at school and home.
Ensures compliance with IEP/504 plans and behavior plans through regular reviews.
Serves as liaison between school and other agencies.
Submits data for third-party billing as required.
Provides supervision and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and paraprofessionals.
Contributes to visioning and strategic planning for HCESC.
Builds relationships with district, HCESC, and regional partners.
