Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a partner school district in Shakopee, MN during FMLA coverage. This onsite role involves collaboration with educators, service providers, and families to support PreK-8 students’ behavioral and educational success.

The ideal candidate will hold an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field, with strong data-analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development and coaching for Special Education Case Managers and Paraeducators.
• Develop and implement interventions and evidence-based strategies to support student success.
• Collaborate on program development and provide consultation to educational teams.
• Collect and analyze student data to inform development of Positive Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to district Student Support Specialists.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behaviors to identify effective intervention strategies.
