Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for KIPP Academy Boston and KIPP Academy Lynn. This full-time, school-based role supports students in grades K-8 and works with school staff to implement tiered behavior support.

The position is two days per week in Boston and three days per week in Lynn, reporting to the Managing Director of Student Supports. You will lead FBA/BIP development, data collection, and staff training to foster a safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA and BCBA certification required.
• Experience applying ABA in school settings.
• Ability to train staff and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop BIPs.
• Collect and graph data to monitor target behaviors and treatment fidelity.
• Provide staff and parent training on behavioral techniques and BIPs.
• Collaborate with campus teams to support students and families.
