Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff in a South Holland, IL school setting. The BCBA will float between teams, oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide coaching to educators on behavioral supports.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (35 hours/week) with ASAP start and a completion date of June 14, 2027. Compensation ranges from $55–60+ per hour on W-2, plus medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• IL LBA licensure is required.
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff in a South Holland, IL school setting. This role will float between multiple teams and provide behavioral oversight, staff support, and assistance with behavior intervention plans.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM


• Hours: 35 hours/week


• Start Date: ASAP


• End Date: June 14, 2027


• Pay: $55–60+/hr based on experience (W-2)

Key Responsibilities
