Job summary

Cross Country Education seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral services in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, California area. The role includes conducting observations, developing FBAs and BIPs, and coaching educators to implement evidence-based strategies.

Responsibilities encompass collaboration with educational teams to support students’ behavioral and social-emotional goals, with a Monday–Friday schedule and participation in weekly pay cycles and

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Active BCBA Certification.
Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing BIPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop intervention strategies.
Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs and BIPs to promote positive student outcomes.
Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers and staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and educational goals.
