California Montessori Project is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with special needs across CMP campuses. You will assess, intervene, and coach staff to implement evidence-based behavior plans that align with CMP’s mission.

Travel between CMP campuses is required; collaboration with teachers and families is essential to foster safe, inclusive learning environments that promote independence and academic success.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing behavioral support in school or clinical settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs per IDEA and California Education Code.
• Provide modeling, coaching, and consultation to teachers and staff on behavior support strategies.
• Train and supervise IAs, Behavior Technicians, and RBTs to ensure fidelity to behavior plans.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to integrate behavioral supports with academic goals.
• Collect, analyze, and present behavioral data to drive decisions and progress monitoring.
• Provide professional development on classroom management and de-escalation strategies.
• Support ABA interventions for students with Autism and other challenges.
• Travel between CMP campuses to provide site-based support.
