Applied-ABC-1 is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Clinton, IL, to provide ABA services in schools, including observations, data collection, and coordination of care. The 10-hour weekly, in-person schedule is negotiable and based on school needs and certification.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, write reports, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• 8-hour supervision certificate and supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writes assessment reports based on initial assessment and behavior support recommendations.
• Collaborates with school teams and families for behavior support strategies.
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and writes Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Develops data collection forms and trains staff in IEP/BSP implementation.
• Supports and trains staff, attends IEP meetings, and reviews progress.
