Job summary

Bradley Schools is seeking a BCBA to deliver school-based functional behavioral analytic services under the supervision of the Clinical Director. The role involves assessment, treatment, and consultation for Bradley School students, with opportunities to supervise graduate trainees.

RI licensure and BCBA certification are required. This is a full-time, in-person position located at Bradley Schools in Providence, RI.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited program.
• Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Licensure by RI Department of Health as an Applied Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services: assessment, treatment, and consultation.
• Serve as treatment team leader for Bradley School classrooms.
• Supervise graduate-level trainees enrolled in BCBA programs as assigned.
• Apply Bradley Schools’ policies while delivering high-quality services.
