Job summary

Bradley Hospital in Providence, RI seeks a Behavior Analyst to support the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Inpatient Program. You will assist with assessments, develop behavior plans, and educate direct care staff on plan procedures.

You will analyze data, consult with clinical teams and families, and supervise implementation of behavioral interventions. A BCBA (or eligibility) and a Master’s in ABA are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience with patients with developmental disabilities preferred.
• BCBA certification or eligibility with plan to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavioral assessments using evidence-based tools to select and address targeted behaviors.
• Use direct measures (A–B–C model, rating scales) and indirect measures (caregiver interviews) to assess function and develop behavior plans.
• Coordinate patients’ behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment protocols.
• Analyze patients’ behavioral profiles, convey function of behaviors to staff, and model/train implementation of interventions.
• Provide consultation to clinical team members and parents/caregivers regarding behavioral profiles and practices.
• Maintain relevant behavioral database and provide data analysis (e.g., graphing) as requested.
• Attend treatment team meetings and report on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Oversee purchasing and distribution of support materials used with patients.
