Job summary

Brown University Health in Providence, RI seeks a BCBA to provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services (assessment, treatment, and consultation) for Bradley Schools under the Clinical Director.

The role may include supervision of graduate-level trainees and requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, RI licensure, and 1–2 years of clinical experience. You will develop individualized behavior plans, lead treatment teams, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification.
• RI licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.
• Experience in a clinical and/or school setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services (assessment, treatment, and consultation) for Bradley Schools.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans and skills programs.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and coordinate with parents, school district personnel, and community professionals.
• Supervise graduate-level trainees when applicable.
• Maintain timely reports and records in accordance with school policies and safety standards.
