Job summary

Project Play Therapy, LLC is seeking a school-based BCBA to observe students applying learning in real-world settings and to collaborate with teachers, OTs, and SLPs to enhance outcomes.

You will train school staff, shape functional goals, manage caseloads, and design supervision routines, all while benefiting from in-person mentorship and autonomy outside traditional insurance constraints.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in process
• Experience applying ABA in school settings preferred
• Ability to train and empower school staff
