You will observe, assess, and develop behavior plans, while contributing to progress monitoring and data-driven decisions. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for RBT/BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or graduated from ABA program and eligible for BCBA exam.
• Experience with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and parent communications.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments as needed.
• Write ABA reports and recommendations based on observations.
• Create and model behavior programs in the school environment.
• Assist with data collection to monitor progress.
• Develop behavior intervention plans with the educational team.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences.
• Present ABA concepts to the educational team.
• Opportunity for RBT, BCBA, and BCBA Trainees supervision.
