Bloom Behavioral Solutions is seeking BCBAs to join our team in Jacksonville, FL, offering clinic-based, school-based, or hybrid opportunities. Our clinician-led practice emphasizes clinical excellence, autonomy, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and support for behavior technicians and clinical staff.
Monitor treatment progress and ensure quality implementation of interventions.
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary providers.
Participate in treatment planning, consultation, and program development.
Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with BACB guidelines.
