Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team serving children with autism. The role offers in-home, clinic, and telehealth flexibility, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, BIPs, supervising RBTs, parent training, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Flexible scheduling and caseload management provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
