Job summary

Main Street School in Exeter, NH, seeks a BCBA or a special educator with significant behavioral experience to join our team. The BCBA will provide direct daily 1:1 services, develop and oversee positive behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support the student’s educational outcomes.

The successful candidate will contribute to data-driven decision making, crisis prevention strategies, and ongoing professional development, supported by the IDEA grant.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or valid special education certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Proven track record of developing effective behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized BIP and behavior support plans.
• Provide daily 1:1 services to student.
• Train and support teachers and staff on ABA strategies.
• Monitor data and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
