Job summary

Collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators is essential. The position is on-site during the school day with some remote elements, offering a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify functions of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
