Job summary

Verbal Behavior Associates is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children in schools across South San Diego County. You will work 1:1 with students, implement BCBA-approved plans, and track progress through data and notes.

We offer training to earn your RBT certification, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow in ABA therapy within a supportive team. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities is desirable, but not required.
• Completion of training towards RBT certification is supported.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with special needs to build communication, self-help, social, and play skills
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs, adapting techniques to each student's needs
• Track progress through behavior data collection and clinical notes
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your ABA career
