Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support ABA-based clinics in schools. You will work one-on-one with students aged 3-5 to implement individualized instructional and behavioral plans and monitor progress.

Role requires knowledge of DTT, NET, PRT, PECS, AAC, and PBS strategies, plus accurate data collection. Documentation and billing accuracy are essential, with collaborative teamwork across BCBA and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience with children with developmental/behavioral challenges.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ITPs and ABA strategies with students.
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and document real-time data on target behaviors and skills.
• Apply PBS strategies and assist with FBAs when needed.
• Deliver specified service amounts as per ITPs.
• Maintain daily clinical notes for billing and records.
