Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) seeks dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to work one-on-one with students in school settings, implementing individualized strategies from each student’s ITP. The role uses DTT, NET, and PRT to support progress and development.

You will collect real-time data, monitor progress, and document findings for review by the BCBA and interdisciplinary team, while contributing to proactive behavior supports and daily billing records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect and document data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ITPs and instructional strategies with students.
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and monitor data; document progress for the BCBA and team.
• Assist in FBAs and Positive Behavior Support techniques.
• Provide service delivery as detailed in each student’s ITP.
• Complete daily clinical notes for records and billing.
