Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) seeks dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support students in schools. You will implement individualized treatment plans, work one-on-one, and collaborate with BCBA and school staff to promote progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

You will use ABA-based strategies such as DTT, NET, PRT, PECS, and AAC to support learning, document daily notes, and monitor progress to inform ongoing supports and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children with developmental/behavioral challenges is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ITPs and IEPs for students.
• Use ABA-based strategies (DTT, NET, PRT) to support skill development.
• Collect real-time data on target behaviors and progress.
• Document daily clinical notes and support billing requirements.
