Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavioral Technicians and Paraeducators to support students with behavioral needs in Phoenix-area schools for the 2026-2027 year. The roles include 1:1 and classroom-based support using ABA strategies, with duties across pre-K to high school.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA
• Previous school setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or in-classroom behavioral and educational support
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults
• Assist students in staying on task and working toward behavioral goals
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds when needed
