Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring for a qualified Registered Behavior Technician or Behavioral Class Aide to work with Hempstead and Hicksville area school districts for the 2026-2027 school year. Roles involve applying ABA strategies in classrooms, 1:1 or classroom-wide support, and collaboration with educators to help students stay on task.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
