Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of large-scale baking experience or equivalent.
• Culinary School experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare baked and other food items from scratch in a timely manner.
• Review recipes, estimate ingredients and time for cooking and baking.
• Maintain records of baked products and waste, manage portions.
• Ensure proper temperatures and sanitation compliance.
• Operate kitchen equipment and keep area clean and safe.
