Qualifications

• Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety practices.
• Substitution rules may be used to meet experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of daily baked goods including bread, rolls, biscuits, muffins, and crusts.
• Weigh, measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production records.
• Set up serving counters, assist with satellite meal service, and supervise helpers as needed.
• Receive provisions, document temperatures, and assist with monthly inventory and storage.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment; train new staff.
