Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated PCA to support students in a school setting.

You will accompany the student on campus, assist with care plans, and help with field trips and bus transport when required. In this role, you will provide direct patient care according to the prescribed plan, including behavioral management and daily living activities such as meals, toileting, and transitioning between education settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school-type setting is preferred.
• Attention to detail, able to follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Accompany student in school settings, assist with care plans, field trips, and transport as needed.
• Provide direct patient care per the provider's plan, including behavioral management and daily living support such as meals and toileting.

Monday - Friday 7:45am - 2:30pm

Compensation

$19 hourly

PCA Job Responsibilities

• Accompany student while in school helping with care plans for the student; along with field trips and on bus to and from school, when required.
• Provide direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, such as Behavioral management; transition between education settings, assisting with meals, toileting, and other daily needs.

PCA Requirements

• Experience working with children in a school type setting is preferred.
• Attention to detail, able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
