Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Sioux Falls, SD. We offer flexible schedules with PRN/Part-time opportunities, a pay rate of $18 per hour with weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call support from the company.

Requirements include at least 6 months of care aide experience or CNA/license progress, must be 18+, and background checks, references, and driving insurance are required. CPR is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a comparable care aide job classification.
• Current CNA license or completed first semester of nursing school.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR training preferred but not required.
• Two professional references required.
• Background check required.
• Driver’s License and current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• The Personal Care Aide is responsible for tasks of personal care and activities of daily living for clients in their homes.
• Provides assistance with hygiene, grooming and comfort needs (toileting, bathing, companionship).
• Assists with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) job duties may include:

Experience:
