Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a lead classroom coordinator for school-age activities. Plan and direct operations, supervise the teacher assistant, and ensure a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment. Maintain compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and uphold Celebree standards.

The ideal candidate has an AA degree or credit equivalent in Elementary Education or related field, with experience in curriculum planning and strong communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Plan and direct operations of the assigned classroom for school age activities.
• Provide support and direction to the teacher assistant.
• Maintain compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain open, welcoming classroom environment.

Responsibilities
