Job summary

Wonderspring is seeking a Group Supervisor for our Colonial School-age program to lead day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate activities for school-age children.

You will coordinate lesson plans, communicate with families about children's progress, and collaborate with school district personnel to support programming. You will mentor staff and orient new team members while guiding family intake and enrollment.

Qualifications

• AA in Education is required; BA/BS in Education preferred.
• Two years of experience working with children.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication for families and school district staff.
• Must meet all DHS requirements, including clearances and health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding children's growth through observations and conferences.
• Collaborate with school district personnel including principals and teachers to support programming.
• Orient, supervise and mentor staff with tools and support for success.
• Facilitate family intake and enrollment processes.
