Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in Davis, CA is seeking teaching staff to support the planning and implementation of our programming for children from infant to school age depending on the location.

You will facilitate age-appropriate activities, support social emotional development, and ensure children are supervised in a healthy, safe environment. We offer a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm shifts and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher in ECE or related field with required units.
• Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• 2 years of experience in a group care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum linked to learning foundations.
• Maintain enriched, age-appropriate learning environments.
• Provide excellent customer service through authentic connections with children, families, and communities.
• Ensure children are healthy and safe with proper supervision and safety practices.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and creative workplaces.
