Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is hiring teaching staff to support planning and implementation of programming for children from infancy through school age, depending on location.

You will facilitate activities, support social-emotional development, and supervise children in a safe environment. Essential functions include creating engaging curricula, maintaining safe and enriched environments, and building authentic, culturally responsive relationships with families and the center team.

Qualifications

• 12-24 postsecondary units in ECE, CD, or related field with C- or better.
• Associate Teacher Permit or higher issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum linked to children's interests.
• Maintain enriching environments and age-appropriate experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service through authentic, culturally responsive communication with children, families, schools and staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and supervision of children at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality programs.
