Catalyst Family Inc. is hiring teaching staff to support programming for children from infant to school age, depending on location. You will create developmentally appropriate activities, foster social-emotional growth, and ensure safe supervision in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include designing engaging curricula, maintaining enriching learning spaces, and collaborating with a diverse center team to deliver high-quality programs. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary units in ECE, CD, or related field with 16 GE units or more.
• AA degree or higher in ECE, CD, or related field from a nationally accredited college.
• Teacher Permit or higher issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned to children's interests and development.
• Maintain enriched, supportive learning environments for all ages.
• Provide excellent customer service by building authentic, culturally responsive relationships with children, youth, families, schools, communities, and center/classroom team.
• Keep children healthy and safe through supervision, positive interactions, healthy habits, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a creative workplace.
