Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in Irvine, CA to provide nurturing daily care and fostering early learning. You will implement our curriculum, observe children, and communicate with families to support development.

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher role requires at least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
