Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, plan for children and communicate with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create interactive learning experiences for the children.
