Job summary

Learning Care in Irvine, CA is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher. Join a strong, caring team dedicated to children and families we serve every day, with a schedule that avoids nights and weekends.

You will follow licensing and company standards for daily care, observe and plan for children, and deliver our proprietary curriculum with creative, interactive activities. Applicants need at least 6 months lead experience and 12 ECE units.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training and implement our proprietary curriculum with creative, interactive learning experiences.
• Lead with care, engage children, and support learning through play.
