Job summary

Learning Care Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide loving, developmentally appropriate care and education. You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and assess children, and communicate with families while delivering engaging activities using our curriculum.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed centre.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunisation, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
