Job summary

YMCA in Flemington, NJ seeks a part-time School Age Child Care Site Director for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is hourly, Monday–Friday, with morning and/or after-school shifts, offering meaningful community impact and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, a passion for children, and the ability to build strong connections with families, staff, and the community.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age, 2+ years of working with children.
• High school diploma or some college credits.
• 2+ years of Leadership/Supervisory experience in a child care setting.
• Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment.
• Ability to pass all relevant clearances.
