Job summary

YMCA is seeking a capable School Age Child Care Youth Aid for the Flemington, NJ after-school program. The role is part-time and hourly (3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday–Friday) for the 2026-2027 school year, with a pay rate of $15.50–$17.00 per hour.

We value candidates who are passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment and who can pass all required clearances. Join a supportive team at a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the community.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age required.
• Prior experience working with children (professional, volunteer, or familial) preferred.
• Ability to pass all relevant clearances.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise children during activities, snack time and homework in the before/after school program.
