Job summary

YMCA is seeking a part-time School Age Child Care Site Director in Flemington, NJ for the 2026-2027 school year. The role covers morning and/or after-school hours: 7:00am-9:00am and/or 3:00pm-6:00pm, with compensation of $23.00-$25.00 per hour.

Qualified applicants will be 21+, have 2+ years working with children, a high school diploma or some college credits, and 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a child care setting. Must pass all required background checks and clearances.

What is needed for this job

• 21+ years of age, 2+ years of working with children
• High school diploma or some college credits
