Lakeland Hills YMCA in Mountain Lakes, NJ is seeking a Site Director for our Kids Club, part-time. The role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM, supporting school-age children with engaging activities and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

You will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and foster relationships with families while guiding STEM, arts & crafts, literacy, sports, and social-emotional learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an after-school setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
• College coursework in education, recreation, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and oversee daily program operations.

Site Director (Kids Club) - Part-Time

Shift: Monday - Friday

3:00 - 6:00 PM

Do you have a passion for working with children and helping them grow, learn, and thrive? The YMCA is looking for an energetic, dependable, and caring Site Director to lead our Kids Club program and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-age children.

As a Site Director, you'll supervise staff, oversee daily program operations, build positive relationships with families, and ensure children enjoy enriching activities including STEM, arts & crafts, literacy, sports, and social-emotional learning. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while mentoring staff and supporting child development.
