The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in admissions or related fields, proficiency with school management software, and excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or related relationship-driven role.
• Proficient with school management software/CRMs and standard office suites.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling applicant files.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred in Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admissions funnel from inquiries to enrollment.
• Maintain accuracy in admissions databases and SIS (Veracross experience preferred).
• Coordinate annual re-enrollment process with Business Office.
• Prepare and organize applicant files for Admissions Committee review.
