Job summary

Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School is seeking an Admissions Associate to lead outreach, recruitment and enrollment activities across internal and external partners. You will coordinate with the Director of Admissions and other teams to manage outreach, events and applications from initial contact through registration of enrolled students.

Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. degree from a 4-year institution.
• Spanish and/or Creole proficiency a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn Admissions CRM.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to plan events and manage databases.
• 2+ years experience with middle school/high school students and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, marketing, advising and processing prospects to convert them to enrollees.
• Develop and implement direct marketing plans; visit schools and youth organizations; attend fairs/open houses.
• Cultivate relationships with gatekeepers at schools and organizations.
• Maintain relationships with Cristo Rey Brooklyn students and families to build a pipeline.
• Plan and execute admissions events (Open Houses, Information Sessions, visits).
• Contribute to admissions communications and marketing materials; support social media and website updates.
• Interact with prospects to gather documentation and information for applications.
• Coordinate screening, interviews and collaboration with school leadership.
• Oversee admissions policies and assist as directed by Director.
• Support Enrollment Management goals; report progress and metrics.
• Assist with Student Ambassadors and other initiatives.
