• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Experience advising, coaching, or supporting students or community members.
• Experience coordinating programs or events with internal or external partners.
• Experience identifying support needs and connecting students with appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Scholarship Administration: manage funds and oversee a caseload of 70-90 students.
• Provide direct services to scholars to support retention, career development, and graduation.
• Coordinate with donors, campus partners, and the Office of Financial Aid on scholarship processes.
• Develop events, coaching opportunities, and budget for scholar activities.
• Support student career engagement through resume reviews, lab sessions, and program activities.
