The role collaborates with campus partners and the Office of Financial Aid to ensure timely disbursement, accurate awards, and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education with student services.
Proven customer service experience with students, families, and campus constituents.
Excellent written communication demonstrated in application materials.

Responsibilities

Oversee CSU Institutional scholarships across colleges and departments.
Provide training on university scholarship policy to campus partners and serve as a primary resource on policy interpretation and compliance.
Collaborate with campus partners, the Office of Financial Aid, and students to ensure timely disbursement of scholarships.
Manage scholarship data and software needs, including setting up yearly applications, mapping qualifications, renewing funds, and cycle management.
Assist with processing scholarships and adjusting aid for students with additional scholarships within the Scholarships team.
Other related duties as needed.
