Job summary

Metropolitan State University of Denver is seeking a Coordinator of Scholarship Support to administer foundation scholarships and provide holistic student services. You will coach scholars, plan events, and coordinate with campus partners to promote scholarship opportunities and ensure retention and graduation outcomes.

You will maintain scholarship data, support donor relations, and assist with annual reporting while collaborating across departments to deliver a comprehensive student support

Qualifications

• Experience advising, coaching, or supporting students or community members.
• Experience coordinating programs or events with internal or external partners.
• Experience identifying support needs and connecting students or community members with appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Scholarship Administration: manage a caseload of 70-90 students and track scholarship funds.
• Lead scholarship promotion and education with campus partners.
• Data management: maintain databases and support end-of-year reporting.
